Please note: once item(s) is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control and any information pertaining to your order must be provided through the carrier USPS. We do not ship express, so please consider the processing time and when you will need to expect your item(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. We ship throughout the United States, and currently we are unable to ship internationally. However this is temporary and we look forward to going international very soon!

Our candles are made of glass and accidents do happen. If you are to recieve a broken candle please reach out to our customer service. You must return the candle to the return address and another candle will be shipped to you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process.
